Retreats. Books. Coaching. Courses that felt right at the time. If you keep arriving back at the same wall, the problem is not your effort. It is that nobody ever gave you a structure that survives a difficult Tuesday.
Most of the women I work with already know what needs to shift. They are intelligent, self-aware and have invested real money and real time in their own growth. They come home from something powerful feeling clear and alive.
Then Wednesday happens. And within a month they are standing exactly where they started, quietly wondering what is wrong with them.
That gap between knowing and living is where I work. Not more insight. Not another weekend that feels wonderful and fades. A repeatable method you own, built to run in your actual life.
Six honest steps to the life you actually want.
You have given your time to everyone else. This is the method for taking it back, and recreating yourself exactly as you want to be.
Meet yourself where you actually are. Not the version you tell people.
What is true right now, without the story?
Find the reason big enough to hold this when it gets hard.
Why does this matter enough to survive a bad week?
Nobody is coming to do this for you. That is the good news.
What changes the moment you stop waiting?
See clearly who you are becoming. Specific, detailed, yours.
Who is the woman on the other side of this?
Build the daily practice and structure that makes the new way the easy way.
What needs to change so this does not rely on willpower?
It stops being effort and becomes who you are. You come out different.
Who are you now that this is simply how you live?
Strategy and leadership roles at Siemens across Asia Pacific. Then VP of Process Systems at Pall Filtration. Good title, good money, good on paper. Meanwhile I was overworked, my health was going backwards, and almost no time was actually mine.
So I left. Not gracefully, and not with a plan.
What came after taught me more than the twenty years before it. I rebuilt my health, my work and my life — and I learned that the hardest part was never the insight. It was making it hold once the retreat ended and real life resumed.
I now live in Tuscany, run two vineyards at 700 metres, and work with women who are done with starting over.
A short, direct conversation about where you actually are and what is genuinely getting in the way. You answer a few questions first so we can go straight into it.
You will leave clearer than you arrived, whether or not we work together.

I am writing a short book on why coaching, retreats and courses so rarely produce change that lasts — and what actually does. Leave your email and I will send it to you when it is ready, along with the occasional honest note. Nothing else, and you can leave any time.
